“Isaiah: Woe is Me!”
When we have spent time surveying the splendor of the courts of heaven, gazing into the face of God, hearing the incredible adoration of the angels as they pour out their praise to our heavenly Father, there is only one response we can give. It is the same response that Isaiah uttered when he had that experience. It is the absolute realization that we are sinners, with not one speck of righteousness in ourselves.
As we, together, come to worship this incredible God, I invite you to spend time gazing into His face. See Him hanging on the cross for you and me. And then leave with the realization that He has paid the price for our sins and invites us to let Him live out His life through us so that we become transformed into His image.
Business Meeting
Our church and school business meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 16, at 7:00 p.m. in the Family Center. The evening’s agenda will invite your input as the school gives its annual report and budget plan for your approval. All church members are encouraged to come. Let’s talk about how we can move ahead where God leads us to do His will.
