In the Pulpit
January 21, 2012 -Pastor Larry Lichtenwalter
The feet of Jesus! Once pierced. Now victorious. They have advanced into the ranks of the enemy: soon to be placed upon the throat of every defeated foe. As the Father said to His Son, "Sit at My right hand, until I make your enemies a footstool for Your feet" (Hebrews 1:13), so Christ will see the day when all His enemies and all evil will be brought under His feet. Satan, sin, death, worldly powers, fear, injustice, guilt, inequity, failure, and depravity will all be broken before Him. Only Christ knows this position of superiority.
